Ihave been telling everyone to go to the airport website and: sign up for True Blue check out AmEx

Just got my e-mail confirmation and next to our three names , it says “N/A” under frequenet flyer! One person I forgot to tell–my wife. I called -800-JETBLUE

with my confirmation number, I was able to asssign these miles to my True Blue
Vanessa set up her True Blue, I called in and assigned those miles to her new True Blue
I had to set up True Blue for my daughter over the phone, not on line, with a seperate e-mail address
Bottom line, if you already booked tickets, you can still open a True Blue Account and have miles credited. Pretty easy and fast.

Setting account for my daughter, however, did take about ten minutes.
