With those destinations, there’s a couple that have certain things with them.
– Miami isn’t served by JetBlue anymore. In fact, JetBlue actually says on its in flight maps Fort Lauderdale/Miami for the airport.
– Tallahassee isn’t served by JetBlue anymore either.
– Key West is only a seasonal destination for Jetblue just like how Fort Myers is for us
– Vero Beach, Daytona Beach, Sarasota, and Destin are all to Boston and NYC only
– Jacksonville is same as above but does have a flight to San Juan and Fort Lauderdale
Florida is where they shine but the only airports we don’t have flights too where they have multiple from that’s not just Boston or NYC airports is Tampa and West Palm Beach. A flight to a different airport wouldn’t be successful for JetBlue because people flying from those destinations would rather fly to a known city or capital where whether it’s for business or leisure, they can fly too
Sorry you are right about Miami. JetBlue does not fly there, but I actually forgot West Palm. I listed all these irregardless if you can there from Boston or not to just show how committed JetBlue is to Florida.
You right about Tallahassee. They just started but they ended it already
I believe Tampa would be a great addition to ORH; since Tampa is a growing market in FL, generating a lot of interest right now.
Having ORH serving the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area would be a high-demand, strategic addition that connects the Worcester area to one of the fastest growing economies and one of the most popular travel destinations in FL.
Won’t happen, JB would need to establish a crew. Move on to a legacy airline. With an embraer 175
